SBS’ James Taylor to run oOh!media

Outdoor media player oOh!media has appointed James Taylor CEO. The managing director of SBS, who replaces Cathy O’Connor, is expected to join oOh! in late 2025/early 2026. 

Boomtown names Andrew 'Billy' Baxter chairman

Boomtown has appointed Andrew Baxter chairman, replacing Brian Gallagher, who stepped down in June. Baxter has led agencies behind high-profile campaigns such as AAMI’s ‘Rhonda and Ketut’ and Coca-Cola’s ‘Share a Coke’.

Ogilvy CCO Toby Talbot goes

Ogilvy ANZ chief creative officer Toby Talbot is leaving the agency after more than three and a half years in the role. He joined in January 2022 as trans-Tasman CCO. 

Clemenger appoints Stuart Bailey chief media officer

Clemenger BBDO has appointed Stuart Bailey chief media officer. He joins with more than 20 years of experience across the UK and Australia.

Sports Design hires CMO in national expansion

Sports Design Australia has expanded with three new hires as the creative agency increases its presence across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Adelaide. The agency, which launched less than four years ago, now has eight full-time and 10 casual staff. 

Kinesso’s content team moves to MBCS

Kinesso’s Creators & Content team is being moved into creative agency MBCS, part of IPG Mediabrands. The integration follows the recent appointment of Matt Holmes as MBCS’s head of creative strategy and ideation.

303 MullenLowe Perth appoints Giulia Palandri

303 MullenLowe Perth has appointed Giulia Palandri director of client partnerships. The role sees her working closely with managing director René Migliore across all clients, plus creative and strategy leads.

ARN appoints data expert from Nine

Broadcaster ARN has appointed Angelo Sinibaldi director of data product strategy and commercialisation. The newly created role leads the strategy, development and commercialisation of data offerings.

ABL Digital Media appoints Nicole Wagenecht GM

ABL Digital Media has appointed Nicole Wagenecht general manager, a newly created role focused on operational and commercial leadership. Most recently, she led sales and partnerships for APAC at UNiDAYS and Local IQ. 

Hypetap opens Sydney office, appoints Shane Holmes

Influencer agency Hypetap has opened a Sydney office with Shane Holmes as managing partner. The move follows Hypetap’s international push with a London office earlier this year.
