Sports Design Australia has expanded with three new hires as the creative agency increases its presence across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Adelaide.

The agency, which launched less than four years ago, now has eight full-time and 10 casual staff. Its client roster includes Paramount+ Australia, Amazon Prime Video, Netball Australia, Cricket Victoria and New South Wales Rugby League.

"Less than a year ago, Sport Design Australia was the three founders based in Sydney, a WhatsApp channel, and way too many late nights," said Ryan Ellul, CEO.

Matt Henry has joined as CMO after spending eight years as general manager marketing and strategy at Signet.

Ashley Edwards is appointed project manager after spending 15 months at the AFL and six years at Hawthorn Football Club.

Will Makepeace has been hired as social media manager after three years at Central Coast Mariners. He will lead the Paramount+ sport accounts across social media, working with the team to bring more fans closer to football in Australia.
