IAG's Michelle Klein joins Westpac as chief growth and marketing officer

Westpac has appointed Michelle Klein chief growth and marketing officer, AdNews can reveal. She is joining from IAG, where she has served as chief customer and marketing officer for just over two years.

Nine creates new executive roles as it combines streaming and broadcast operations

Michael Healy has been appointed executive director of entertainment, Cailah Scobie becomes executive director of entertainment content acquisitions and Fiona Dear continues as executive director of news and current affairs.

Jenn Reid promoted to group account director at Involved Media

Reid will oversee the Sydney client leadership function and report to national general manager Dan Hojnik. She has been with Involved Media for 18 months.

Apparent nabs R/GA's Cristina Douglas and Tom Twiby

This appointment follows new client wins at Apparent including Optus, Volkswagen Group Australia (Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda and Cupra), Tip Top and Vanuatu Tourism Office. 

Enigma appoints BMF’s Clare Yardley head of creative services

Yardley joins after a decade as resource and creative services director at BMF Australia. She also worked as creative services director at Saatchi & Saatchi.

Nine’s Ashley Earnshaw appointed commercial director at Nova

Earnshaw joins with more than twenty years of industry experience. In this newly created role, he will report to chief commercial officer Nicole Bence. 

AKQA executives join Clemenger

Clemenger BBDO has appointed Suzanne Croxford chief experience officer and Nicole Armstrong executive strategy director. 

Yango promotes Eb Yusuf to general manager role

Yusuf was previously head of strategy at the agency. The expanded role will include content creator partnerships and advanced research and insights, alongside her continued leadership of strategic output.

We Are Social promotes Kelly Spence to managing partner

We Are Social Australia has promoted Kelly Spence to the newly created role of managing partner. It comes after recent client wins including eBay, Salesforce, Volkswagen Group Australia and Lion.

Seven West Media's Megan Tuckey jumps to SCA

SCA has appointed Megan Tuckey to the newly created role of head of commercial Western Australia. She brings more than 13 years of experience in direct, agency and regional sales across digital, publishing and broadcast media. 

Sarah Baskerville joins Tumbleturn

Tumbleturn Marketing Advisory has appointed Sarah Baskerville to head its Melbourne operations, joining as the firm’s third partner. 

Suntory Oceania appoints senior marketing director

Suntory Oceania has named Johnny Morgan senior marketing director, Suntory Global Spirits, effective July 1. He will oversee marketing and brand development across Australia and New Zealand for the company’s spirits portfolio. 

Zitcha appoints Tony Karp group COO

Unified retail media platform Zitcha has appointed Tony Karp group chief operating officer. He was most recently North American president of Australian-founded digital gifting company Prezzee. 

Droga5 appoints Kezia Quinn principal director

Droga5 ANZ, part of Accenture Song, has appointed Kezia Quinn principal director of the Sydney office. She steps into the role following a long tenure as general manager.
