Roll up, roll up - the finalists for the Australian Creative Excellence Showcase (ACES) have been named.

The ACES, held by Val Morgan in association with AdNews, celebrate exceptional creativity in locally produced film advertising.

Want to meet the competition? Finalists from The Monkeys, Emotive, Leo Burnett Melbourne, Finch Company, BMF, J. Walter Thompson Sydney and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne are among the mix of contenders who could take the title on 4 February.

The entries were judged by a panel of adland execs, including The Monkeys ECD/co-founder Justin Drape, Revolver managing director and owner Michael Ritchie, Finch EP and founder Rob Galluzzo, MLA group marketing manager Andrew Howie, Y&R group managing director Andrew Dowling and AdNews editor Rosie Baker. (It should be noted that all judges abstained from judging work they were invovled in.)
