Special has appointed Tash Johnson national head of production, a new role to oversee the company’s film, photography and digital content operations across Sydney and Melbourne. She joins from CHEP Network.
Initiative appoints group business directors in Melbourne
Initiative has appointed Kathryn Griffiths and Mark Dawson group business directors in Melbourne. Griffiths joins from Bunnings, where she spent more than a decade in senior brand, digital, loyalty and strategy roles. Dawson steps up from senior account director after six years with the agency.
Stuart Malcolm joins as senior associate director in Sydney, bringing experience from CrowdDNA and Fiftyfive5. Jed Larwood has been promoted to associate director. Lilia Blanari joins as operations lead from Pollinate.
Resolution Digital restructures leadership
Melanie Burlett has been promoted to managing director, from general manager, digital innovation. The restructure follows the integration of Resolution Digital’s media agency unit into sister agency Hearts & Science.
