Nature's new hires.

Strategic insights consultancy Nature has made eight new hires across its national offices, including four in its qualitative team and one promotion.

“These appointments reflect the enormous momentum we have as a business and the overwhelmingly positive response to our full qual offering,” said founder and managing partner Chris Crook. “We sense this is only the beginning.”

Stuart Malcolm joins as senior associate director in Sydney, bringing experience from CrowdDNA and Fiftyfive5.

Jemimah Gray is associate director and Jed Larwood has been promoted to the same role. Lilia Blanari joins as operations lead from Pollinate.

The broader team includes Briahna Certoma in a new strategy support role, senior consultants James Shelley and Estelle Pack in Melbourne and Amelia Niere as consultant. Gabby Webb has joined as office manager.

The expansion follows a strong first half for Nature, underpinned by high-impact work across brand, product and CX.
