Resolution Digital has announced a leadership restructure, described as a "reengineering" of the agency.

Melanie Burlett has been promoted to managing director, from general manager, digital innovation.

The restructure follows the integration of Resolution Digital’s media agency unit into sister agency Hearts & Science in 2025.

It also follows the departure of former managing director Matt Keegan, who has joined JOY as a partner.

“This evolution is about putting clients first, ensuring they benefit from the best of Omnicom,” said Burlett.

In other appointments, Benni Lucas becomes general manager, growth, product and innovation, from head of marketing technology.

Abhishek Das steps into the role of general manager, technology and development, previously head of front-end development.

Stelios Moudakis’ remit has expanded, now general manager, organic search channels.

“Resolution Digital’s new focus is more than a repositioning, it’s a complete reengineering of how we help brands scale their digital maturity,” said Burlett.

“Our leadership structure is built around innovation, accountability and speed, which is all underpinned by a customer-first mindset.

“Everything we do is designed to help clients evolve in a way that’s not only measurable, but meaningful to the people they serve.”

Operating as a specialised digital arm of OMG, Resolution Digital delivers services across conversion optimisation, customer experience design, and digital performance for clients including A2 Milk, McGrath Foundation, Poolwerx and Torrens University.

No redundancies reported as part of the latest restructure.
