ZO's Perrin on new Singapore Airlines win

ZenithOptimedia's CEO Ian Perrin said securing the Singapore Airlines account is a “fantastic” win for the business. He also said it was its programmatic offerings which helped seal the deal.
The Publicis agency won the business from MEC in a global pitch. MEC had held the account for about 15 years.
Speaking to AdNews, Perrin said: “It's a premium airline and they are one of the most progressive and digital-thinking airlines, so this is a fantastic win.
“They were impressed with our digital, programmatic and performance work and lot of the work will be digital focused.”
AdNews understands that locally, the account is worth about $5 million, so it is unlikely any new staff will be onboarded in Australia.

Michelle Kyd appointed GM of Cadreon

Cadreon Australia's recently appointed MD, Jessica White, who took over from Marc Lomas after Henry Tajer poached him for an international role in New York, has named Michelle Kyd as the new general manager of the agency.
White has been working on the continued expansion of Cadreon’s capabilities since July when she was promoted to the MD role. She was formerly the general manager while Michelle Kyd was sales director at Cadreon before her promotion as the new GM.
