ZenithOptimedia creates programmatic director role – promotes from within

ZenithOptimedia has announced the promotion of Vinetha Manthena to the newly-created role of programmatic director.

ZenithOptimedia has a programmatic capability and team fully integrated into the agency, by way of VivaKi's worldwide solution for automated real-time media buying, known as Audience on Demand’s (AOD).

Manthena will connect the AOD global technology innovations, research and development and data capability into the agency’s programmatic operations team, working across ZenithOptimedia and Performics clients in this national role.

Head of digital at ZenithOptimedia, Ros Allison, said: "With programmatic accelerating fully into mainstream media, we were the first agency to integrate programmatic into the heart of our client team operations and closer to client business.

“Vinetha has a unique balance of technical capability to drive performance across the activation team, together with the acumen and passion to leverage the potential of programmatic for our clients.”

Manthena, who has more than 11 years experience in search and performance media roles - six years with ZenithOptimedia Australia and UK, was most recently its digital director in the Sydney team.

Manthena said: “As programmatic continues to move into new channels, I’m excited at the prospect of working with the team to create, build and activate solutions that connect customer experience across channels.”
