Joseph Pardillo, the former managing director of Carat Melbourne, has joined new digital marketing and media agency Ryvalmedia as its managing director.
Pardillo departed Dentsu Aegis Network's Carat in February after eight and a half years.
Ryvalmedia is part of former DAN ANZ CEO Simon Ryan's new venture RyanCap.
Ryan left Dentsu in late 2018 after nine years with the holding group and then stepped down as managing director commerial at carsales in December last year.
He announced the new venture last month, saying it would focus on new economy marketing, data and technology businesses.
