It’s hard to keep track of the account wins and losses across the industry. To help you keep on top of who has what, here’s a wrap of the pitches from the week.

Dulux Trade
Paint brand Dulux has appointed Channel T to handle its trade communications following a four-way pitch process. The Dulux Trade Division markets paint and accessories to painters, through a national store distribution network  made up of  company owned Dulux Trade Centres and partner stores such as Inspiration Paints. Channel T will be responsible for strategic planning, and communication rollout across core communication channels.

Journey Beyond
Thinkerbell has been appointed as the media and creative agency for experiential tourism business Journey Beyond following an extensive and competitive pitch. Australian-owned Journey Beyond offers "unique and iconic" experiences to life, such as the Ghan, the Indian Pacific, The Great Southern and Cruise Whitsundays. Journey Beyond and Thinkerbell will continue to work with key partners in Adelaide where Journey Beyond is located. Thinkerbell co-founder and chief thinker Adam Ferrier says the appointment is "proof" that brands want "more transparent and integrated solutions". The appointment will take effect this month.

City of Port Phillip
Digital design and voice experience (VX) agency VERSA has been awarded a $2.8 million contract to transform Port Phillip Council’s digital presence, following an extended procurement process. VERSA was selected to bring the local government’s web services up to date and deliver Port Phillip Council’s stated brief of "a harmonised, expanded and revitalised web offering". The government contract, scheduled to commence in August, will see VERSA as key to the delivery, implementation and maintenance of Port Phillip Council’s expanded digital services portfolio. VERSA is tasked with standardising the Council’s current suite of websites hosted across various platforms, unifying the digital presence into a streamlined and contemporary user experience, while expanding the catalogue of services available to area residents.

JWH Group
JWH Group have consolidated its media planning and buying with Mediahub, following a formal review process. The multi-stage pitch included all of the groups’ new home brands including Plunkett Homes, Oswald Homes, Residential Building WA, WA Country Builders, Residential Attitudes, Rural Building Company, and SOMO. Mediahub was an incumbent agency partner working with five of the brands since November last year, and from July 1 will manage the entire portfolio.
