303 MullenLowe confirms Gary McCreadie as ECD

303 MullenLowe has appointed creative executive Gary McCreadie as its ECD. McCreadie, the former Ugly creative partner, departed the M&C Saatchi-backed agency after less than a year earlier this month and was tipped to join 303 MullenLowe. Formed in April 2017, McCreadie started the agency alongside Hazelle Klønhammer and Ross Berthinussen. Prior to Ugly, McCreadie worked at TBWA for three years. 303 MullenLowe CEO Nick Cleaver said McCreadie's remit is to ensure the agency maximises its creative opportunities and delivers outstanding work for its clients.

J. Walter Thompson Sydney wins NSW Rural Fire Service account for third term

J. Walter Thompson Sydney (JWT) has won the creative for The NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) for  the next three years, following a competitive pitch. The win for incumbent JWT continues the partnership with the NSW RFS, with previous campaigns over the last six years winning five Effies, a Gold APG award and multiple creative awards. The next campaign is a NSW Government campaign run by the RFS which will tackle the challenge of improving the quality of bush fire preparation, while also increasing the personal responsibility taken by individuals living in at risk households across NSW. The campaign will go live later this year.
