It's hard to keep up with all the moves across the media, marketing and advertising, so we've compiled them all in one place. Check out the Movers and Shakers of the week.

Creative and media agency Atomic 212 has promoted Sascha Bonomally to its senior team in the position of head of performance and attribution. Bonomally joined the agency in 2016 as performance account director. Paul Sigaloff promoted to Yahoo7's first chief revenue officer

Yahoo7 has promoted its commercial director Paul Sigaloff to the newly-created role of chief revenue officer. Sigaloff joined Yahoo7 three years ago from Fairfax and was brought across by CEO Ed Harrison when he took up the top spot. The decision to promote Sigaloff to chief revenue officer role, as well Paul Russell to chief technology officer, indicates the business is being restructured for a split but it's unclear what shape this will take. Sigaloff's move aligns with a shake up within the Yahoo7 business with director of product and audience Caroline Casey and head of programmatic trading Ben Chamlet departing. Mark Robinson has also been promoted to director of product and Simon Wheeler has been promoted to director of content. Read more here.

The Royals agency expands with two senior appointments

Creative agency The Royals, has added creative Andy Jones and planner Matt Davies to its team. Jones was most recently creative director of McCann Melbourne, where he worked on the MIFF trailer campaign as well as campaigns for Tigerair. Davies joins from AJF Partnership where he held the position of senior brand strategist for the past two years. Previously, he spent time in Amsterdam working with Arnold Worldwide and Design Bridge on clients including Volvo and Diageo. See the latest news from The Royals here.

Mike Baird joins NAB as chief customer officer

National Australia Bank (NAB) has appointed former NSW Premier Mike Baird as its chief customer officer of corporate and institutional banking only six weeks after he stepped down. Despite the brand's upped focus on customer experience with its 'More than Money' campaign last year, it's thought Baird's new 'customer-focused' move will have no impact of the bank's marketing structure.
