It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

BBC Studios ANZ hires BAI Communications' Simon Lopez
Simon Lopez has joined BBC Studios Australia and New Zealand as head of strategy. Lopez will shape BBC Studios' strategy for growth in the ANZ region, help to define how investment is allocated across the portfolio and support negotiations with key customers.

TRA bolsters Sydney team with senior appointments
Insights and research consultancy TRA has appointed Nikki Davey as head of innovation, Ngaia Calder as business director and Tara Collins as account director.

oOh!media appoints leadership team for creative innovation hub
POLY, the creative and content innovation hub from oOh!media, has announced it's new leadership team: Peter Galmes as creative director, Tara Iwamoto was appointed POLY’s head of operations and creative, Raen Waghorn-Hughes as POLY's  head of content, and Richard Moore as the production editor.

VLMY&R's Ken Chan becomes head of strategy at Hardhat
Independent creative agency Hardhat has appointed Ken Chan as head of strategy. He has spent the last three years as head of strategy at VLMY&R Melbourne, producing breakthrough work for clients including Monash University, Department of Transport, and Defence Force Recruiting.

Nova’s Fayad Tohme joins ARN
ARN has appointed Fayad Tohme to the newly created role of chief digital and technology officer. The role, reporting in to ARN CEO Ciaran Davis, sits within ARN’s executive leadership team. Tohme will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of digital, data, technology, and product innovation for ARN.

Wired hires Junkee Studio’s head of client services
Independent The Wired Agency has appointed Samantha Nunura as group business director. In the newly created role, Nunura will oversee the agency’s key accounts, managing key people, and supporting the managing director and two managing partners on key business development initiatives.

Pure.amplify's Ashley Urquhart joins BBC Studios ANZ
BBC Studios ANZ has appointed Ashley Urquhart senior account manager on the advertising sales team based in Melbourne. Urquhart joins BBC Studios from pure.amplify and will work to offer domestic and international commercial opportunities across BBC.com and BBC World News.

Dentsu's new chief people officer
Dentsu has announced the appointment of Ferrah Dagli as chief people officer of its Australia and New Zealand business. Ferrah joins the dentsu team from ANZ Bank where she partnered the retail, commercial and digital divisions of the bank to lead and re-imagine the Talent and Culture components of a new digital bank.

Half Dome promotions
Independent media agency Half Dome has promoted two senior staff, as co-founder Tom Frazer relinquishes his general manager role to become managing director. Catherine Smith, who joined Half Dome a year ago as head of operations, has been promoted to general manager.  Rhett Mitchelhill, group business director at Half Dome, has been promoted to the new role of head of client service with responsibility stretching across all client teams, leading their delivery and development, and overseeing the health of all clients with a focus on building deep relationships.

QMS promotes senior sales leaders
QMS has promoted key senior sales executives as the digital-by-design business extends its market growth and leadership in Australia’s digital out of home industry. Stephen Londish is promoted to group business director in Sydney and both Patrick Healey and Aidan Price promoted to group sales manager’s in Melbourne and Brisbane to lead key agency groups within their respective markets.
