She has also worked with AnalogFolk, Havas and TBWA.

Originally from the UK, where she worked at digital agency Elvis, Laura Parker joins the Innocean team as copywriter.

Prior to this, Parker held creative roles in Sydney at VMLY&R and CHE Proximity.

DOP, editor, colourist and motion graphics artist, Lucio Tagliani, becomes integrated editor to strengthen Innocean’s in-house production offering.

He has held previous roles with Aristocrat Technologies as a technical artist.

Nicole Craig joins as PR director to work with Innocean clients.

She has more than 10 years’ experience across lifestyle brands in design, travel, motoring and hospitality.

“The calibre and experience of this team demonstrates what Innocean is bringing to the table for clients," Innocean Australia CEO Jasmin Bedir says.

"We are well and truly delivering on our promise to transform the agency into a multi-channel, integrated offering with a strong focus on CX and with amazing creative credentials under the leadership of executive creative director, Wez Hawes.”

These are the latest appointments at Innocean in what has been a hiring spree since Bedir took over leading the agency mid-last year.

She spoke with AdNews at the end of 2020 on her plans to reboot the agency which also included making pitch lists and picking up new clients beyond the automotive industry.

Bedir replaced Peter Fitzhardinge who had led the agency since 2015. ECD Steve Jackson also departed the business and was replaced by CHE Proximity's Wesley Hawes.

Jackson has since launched his own agency with former TBWA Sydney chief creative officer Andy DiLallo called Milk & Honey United.
