America’s original sweetheart isn’t so sweet when she’s hungry.
Snickers has recreated Marilyn Monroe’s iconic skirt-blowing scene with Willem Dafoe in a dress.
The spot, from BBDO New York, uses the brand’s ‘You’re Not You’ tagline with Dafoe playing grumpy Monroe in desperate need of a Snickers.
Willem humorously says, “Who’s the genius who puts a girl in heels on a subway grate?” mocking the original Monroe shoot.
Snickers teased the American actress’ appearance with a short clip released last week.
