Bruce McColl, Mars global CMO, recently took to the stage at the AANA's Reset conference to talk about how to get the best out of agency relationships, and how the brand creates great performance.
McColl looks to the Beatles as an example of great success and explained that even at the peak of their career they had to overcome complacency, and continue to challenge their success in order to be better, and he encouraged brands and agencies to do the same.
