Resolution Digital’s media agency business, including all staff and clients, is being folded into sister agency Hearts & Science.

This concentrates Omnicom Media Group Australia’s offering across its three core agency brands: OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science.

The move keeps staff levels at current levels but follows the departure of  Resolution Digital managing director Matt Keegan.

“Hearts & Science and Resolution Digital have each built strong reputations with clients and partners, grounded in a shared commitment to data-driven media strategies that drive real business results,” said Jane Stanley, CEO of Hearts & Science ANZ.

“By bringing our teams together, we’re enhancing our ability to deliver more integrated, innovative solutions while staying true to the values our clients trust us for.”

Resolution Digital will now operate as a dedicated digital consultancy, focused on digital experiences with expertise across Martech consultancy, Digital Experience Design, CRO, SEO, UX/UI and Web Development

“This evolution is about putting clients first, ensuring they benefit from the best of Omnicom,” said Melanie Burlett, general manager of Resolution Digital.

“Resolution Digital is evolving into a high-impact digital experience partner. Our specialist teams will continue to solve complex experience, platform, and performance challenges.

“This focused model is a strategic step forward, giving clients access to expert-led digital evolution that helps craft experiences which convert, scale, and grow.”
