It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out the biggest moves in adland this week.

Lee Leggett promoted to chief growth officer Asia-Pacific
Lee Leggett, Wunderman Thompson's ANZ CEO, has been promoted to chief growth officer, APAC.  Matt Parry, who joined Sydney team as managing director earlier this year, will replace her as the local CEO. He is a former MD in Hong Kong

Penny Shell promoted to chief product officer at OMD
Penny Shell has been promoted to chief product officer, OMD Australia, a new role responsible for integrating multiple disciplines including strategy, marketing intelligence, marketing effectiveness and Omni (OMD’s marketing orchestration platform). Shell, based in Melbourne and formerly head of product and national head of planning, will remain a member of the national executive team.

Barney Howells content creative director a Hogarth
Hogarth Australia appointed Barney Howells as content creative director, overseeing Hogarth’s new national creative offering. Previously headed up Sportsbet’s internal production team and recently worked as a consultant to brands in-housing their creative capability.

GroupM senior promotions
Steve Wood, formerly General Manager of GroupM Programmatic, has been promoted to General Manager of GroupM Services – Performance.  Nick Brignell, formerly GroupM Programmatic National Head of Client Development, gets an expanded role as General Manager, Specialty Business. Terri Owens, formerly Mindshare Head of Product Design, has been named as Head of Operations. 

Free TV's new regulatory affairs manager
Free TV Australia appointed Natasha Eves as Regulatory Affairs Manager. She joins from SBS where she was the External Affairs Manager.

Starcom boosts national leadership team
Starcom Australia has strengthened its national leadership team with new appointments across its Sydney and Melbourne offices. Nancy Lan has been promoted from Sydney managing director to national managing director. Louise Romeo, previously chief client officer, returns from maternity leave to the elevated role of national head of operations and investment. David Campbell, client services director has also been promoted to the new position of head of Melbourne and group integration. The agency has also made three new hires in its Melbourne office, with Ivo Kavelj joining as Melbourne head of HX solutions; Helen Karambilas as groupe business director on Bega; and Louise Noble as business director on FCA. In the Sydney office, Jacqui Purcell returns to Starcom as client services director to lead Metcash, Aware Super, and Visa.

Resolution Digital promotes senior team
Resolution Digital has appointed Jack Huntley national Head of Data and Insights and Stelios Moudakis Director. Both have been with Resolution Digital for over five years.

Manifest Melbourne appoints global executive creative director
Brand communications agency Manifest Melbourne announced the appointment of a new global executive creative director, Kostas Karanikolas, formerly of WPP, Saatchi & Saatchi, RAPP, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and BBDO. Kostas will be responsible for creative output across our Melbourne, London, Manchester, New York and Stockholm studios steering global creative work for brands as varied as tech giant Logitech; parenting pioneer, Tommee Tippee and recipe box unicorn, Gousto.

M&C Saatchi Sydney in creative hiring spree
M&C Saatchi Sydney announced multiple senior creative hires. The seven hires include creative duos Georgie Waters and Felix Ettelson, Tim Batterham and Nicole Conway, Bec Matlioski as senior copywriter, Parisa Rezaei as art director and Lauren Seaborn taking a copywriter position
