Facebook has appointed creative agency With Collective and media agency Gyro to work on its latest trade campaign.

The campaign will be targeted at senior marketing leaders and aims to combat negative perceptions of the digital giant following a tough year in the headlines, AdNews understands.

Both agencies form part of the Dentsu Aegis Network and will be the sole agencies working on the project.

With Collective has been working with Facebook on a project basis since 2016. The agency previously launched a campaign for Instagram targeting small business owners.

Dentsu launched Gyro earlier this year as a full-service business-to-business agency. The agency specialises in B2B marketing, integrating creative, media, data, channel marketing, sales and technology solutions for B2B marketers.

Facebook is set to ramp up its local marketing presence from next year, led by managing director Will Easton, who returned to the business this year after a two-year stint in Asia.

Facebook confirmed the agency appointments but declined to comment.
