Carat Sydney has today named former Ikon amplification and trading group director, Louise Romeo, as its head of implementation and investment operations.

The newly created role sees Romeo playing a role in the agencies commitment to grow and develop its investment product, and will see her work alongside Carat’s head of investment for the Woolworths Group, Jane Combes.

Romeo has worked at agencies including Mediacom, OMD, and Mindshare. This newly created role will report into the recently-appointed chief investment officer, Ashley Earnshaw.

Earnshaw says: “Louise is an incredibly valuable addition to the Carat Sydney team. She brings with her a depth of investment and implementation experience, as well as the respect of the market. It will be great to have her on board as part of the investment leadership team in Sydney.”

Romeo will start at Carat on March 14.
