Chief strategy officer of Cummins&Partners, Adam Ferrier is a consumer psychologist with degrees in commerce and clinical psychology. He began his career working in prisons before making the transition to advertising, first at Added Value and later at Saatchi & Saatchi before co-founding Naked Communications APAC in 2004. A regular media commentator and panellist on The Gruen Transfer, Ferrier left Naked to take a stake in Cummins&Partners in November 2013. His first book, The Advertising Effect: How to Change Behaviour, was released in May 2014.
