Whybin\TBWA Sydney has poached Katrina Alvarez-Jarratt from Clemenger Sydney. She has been appointed into the role of associate creative director.

At Clems, where she was senior art director, Alvarez-Jarratt has worked on projects including Foxtel's 'Zombie Followers', Dolmio 'Pepper Hacker’ and Tourism Australia. She has also previously worked on Toshiba, PepsiCo, WWF, DHL, Campbell's, VISA, Foxtel, Fisher & Paykel, and Red Rock Deli

Alvarez-Jarratt joined Celms Sydney from the agency's sister shop I Wellington in 210. Prior to that she was a copywriter at Y&R Wellington.

Wesley Hawes, joint executive creative director at Whybin\TBWA Sydney, says: "Gary and I have been fans of Kat for some time and she fits perfectly into the culture we've created here.  She's talented, smart, but humble and down-to-earth too. She's an awesome addition to the agency."

Earlier this month Whybin\TBWA founder Scott Whybin resigned from the agency that he started 21 years ago. He is set to launch a new venture imminently.
