Virgin Mobile has confirmed that it is reviewing all of its agency relationships including its creative and media accounts.

The telco has a tender out for its creative, public relations, social and media work, with its incumbent agencies invited to repitch for the business. It currently works with several agencies including Starcom for media and Havas and One Green Bean for its creative work.

A Virgin spokesperson said: “We are in early discussions to invite agencies to pitch on our creative, media, social and PR activity for Virgin Mobile.

“We have commenced the process of shortlisting agencies and will be inviting our current agencies to take part in the pitch.”

In March, Havas, Starcom and One Green Bean released a 30-second, film noir-style TV spot directed by Bondi Hipsters' Christiaan Van Vuure. It featured a new character called Detective Rex Data to showcase how it allows unused data on postpaid mobile plans to roll over to the next month.
