The Media Store has promoted Emma Davis to search director, in charge of paid and organic search strategies.
Davis will oversee the agency's search team and connect search insights to client and media objectives.
She joined The Media Store in 2021 as a performance media assistant, moving to digital performance executive (search) before stepping into a search manager role in 2024.
Davis previously held product marketing roles at RMIT Online and worked in digital production at Realize Online.
The Media Store CEO Stephen Leeds said Davis had built a reputation for her strategic thinking and search expertise.
"Emma brings a rare combination of technical capability and calm, solution-driven collaboration to her clients, consistently delivering value for businesses," Leeds said.
Davis said the promotion reflected the support she'd had since joining the agency.
"This promotion is a testament to my dedication and the supportive environment of The Media Store," she said.
The appointment is effective immediately and follows Brady Lyon's appointment as investment director earlier this year.
