Ten’s The Amazing Race wraps up with more than 600,000 metro viewers

Ten’s The Amazing Race wrapped up last night with more than 600,000 metro viewers, but it was Nine’s Married at First Sight (MAFS) which won the night.

The Amazing Race Australia Grand Finale attracted 618,000 metro viewers, with 691,000 tuning in for the finish line overnight, according to OzTam figures.

Meanwhile, MAFS was the most-watched program for the night with 1.106 million metro viewers.

For people aged 18-49, MAFS attracted 482,000 metro viewers, followed by The Amazing Race Australia Finish Line with 326,000, and The Amazing Race Australia Grand Finale with 283,000 metro viewers. Nine News was the most-watched news program in this demographic with 244,000 metro viewers.

For people aged 25-54, MAFS was again the most-watched with 545,000 metro viewers, followed by the Amazing Race Finish Line with 369,000, and The Amazing Race Grand Finale with 324,000 metro viewers. Seven News was the most-watched news program in this demographic with 305,000 metro viewers.

The most-watched news program for the night for total people was Seven News with 983,000 metro viewers.

Nine won the night with 36.7% of the etwork share, followed by Seven with 21.2% and Ten with 19.2%.

This season of The Amazing Race Australia launched with 501,000 metro viewers.
