Suncorp Group chief customer experience officer Mark Reinke will exit the business after 14 years, effective from June.

Reinke is leaving to "pursue new opportunities" in both executive and board roles. He has been with Suncorp since 2004 and was a member of the senior leadership team for eight years.

It follows his move into an advisory role in October last year. Prior to Suncorp, Reinke managed Telstra's consumer mass marketing division.

Suncorp CEO and MD Michael Cameron says Reinke played a "pivotal role" in growing the group’s brands, improving customer experience and contributed to a strong culture.

“Mark has made a significant contribution to Suncorp over almost 14 years, including in the previous role of chief customer experience officer, as well as other senior roles within the business.

Mark led Suncorp’s data strategy, establishing a single data warehouse and creating the chief data office, which paved the way for Suncorp’s digital transformation. I would like to acknowledge and thank Mark for his leadership and contribution to Suncorp, and wish him all the best with his future endeavours.”

His replacement is yet to be announced.
