Pureprofile hits 2021 hiring across data, innovation and product

Data and insights business Pureprofile Limited announced three appointments to the Australian team to support its renewed growth strategy.

The ASX-listed company is now positioning for growth and investment, including expanding its software-as-a-service offering, and delivering more targeted media campaigns for clients, through the use of first-party data.

The company raised $18.8 million in December in a rights issue to retire debt and target growth. 

The latest hires: Young Ham is head of data, innovation and product; Kate Richards will be interim head of sales, data and insights ANZ for 12 months, after which she will continue as senior sccount director; Tom Hamilton will take on the role of senior account director in the data and insights team.

Young Ham has close to two decades of experience in the research industry, having worked for companies including Kantar, Lightspeed Research and TNS.

Most recently he held the role of director of data solutions and sourcing at Kantar, where he led the data products and sampling partnerships for the APAC region. At Pureprofile he will be responsible for the strategy and development for the company’s growing portfolio of industry-leading products.

Kate Richards joins the Pureprofile team, having spent the last six years at Lightspeed Research in the roles of director of client development and senior client development director. She has also worked at GMI and Research Now.

Tom Hamilton brings more than 20 years of client service and delivery experience to his senior account director role. Prior to joining Pureprofile, Tom was senior account director at Dynata and spent 15 years in the roles of operations manager and senior account director.

The three new hires are joined by Joris Schellekens, who was recently announced as having joined Pureprofile as sales director, Mainland Europe.
