It’s hard to keep track of the account wins and losses across the industry. To help you keep on top of who has what, here’s a wrap of the pitches from the week.

Optus
Optus has confirmed its new agency roster following a tender process which sees M&C Sport and Entertainment, UM, Amobee, TBWA/Sydney, Emotive, Big Red, Re and Yes Agency all working on the telco's full-time roster. It is also working with Bear Meets Eagle on Fire for core projects. 72andSunny was dropped from the roster just a year after being added. No partner involved in the tender process was requested to carry out any strategic, creative or execution work without payment. All briefs given resulted in work either in market or soon to launch in market. This follows a full review of the market, a benchmarking exercise and financial tender with Trinity P3.

Kellogg's
Kellogg’s has awarded Zenith its media strategy, planning and buying account in Australia and New Zealand. The pitch had drawn fire from some of the major holding groups because of perceived "unrealistic" expectations from Kellogg’s. However, Nickie Scriven, CEO at Zenith, says the Kellogg’s marketing and procurement teams were extremely engaged, and committed to investing in an open and collaborative relationship, throughout the process. Kellogg’s has a growing and diverse portfolio of leading household brands including Corn Flakes, Just Right, Nutri-Grain, Special K, Coco Pops, All Bran and Pringles.

Carlton United Breweries
Carlton United Breweries (CUB) has added TBWA/Sydney to its creative agency roster. TBWA has just released its first work for CUB's brand Great Northern Brewing Co. since winning the account. The campaign, which launches in time for Father's Day, invites Australians to do something with their dads that he won't forget. Last year, Special Group was also added to CUB's roster as Carlton Dry's agency of record. CUB confirmed Clemenger BBDO will continue to work on other brands withing CUB's portfolio.

Verizon Media
Verizon Media has appointed specialist media and advertising representation business Media Tonic as its official Western Australian sales partner. The partnership is set to establish Verizon Media’s presence in WA with a local sales team well-versed in the Verizon Media product suite now available on the ground in Perth. As official sales partner, Media Tonic has access to Verizon Media’s premium media brands including Yahoo News, Yahoo Lifestyle, Yahoo Finance and Yahoo Sport. In addition, it will sell Verizon Media’s full range of advertiser solutions including Verizon Media Native Marketplace, RYOT Studio, Verizon Media DSP and Verizon Media’s data offerings.

Essendon Fields
Outdoor advertising company nettlefold has secured the rights to the major advertising sign portfolio at Essendon Fields adjacent to the Tullamarine Freeway in Melbourne. Essendon Fields has extensive frontage to Tullamarine Freeway, which carries approximately 150,000 cars per day. Executive director of nettlefold, Michael Nettlefold believes the Essendon Fields property is already one of the premier outdoor advertising locations in Australia and is set to get even better. Essendon Fields is home to more than 25% of Australia’s business jet fleet.
