Exponential Interactive appoints new global marketing director

Exponential Interactive has announced it has promoted Australia's Jessica Batt, currently marketing director APAC, to the position of global marketing director.

Batt will be based in Exponential’s Melbourne office and be responsible for developing and overseeing the trade and event marketing strategy and initiatives for the agency across the America’s, APAC and EMENA.

Quantcast announces two leadership hires

Quantcast has announced two senior appointments in the Sydney office – Hollie Lowe as head of strategy and Jonathan Airey as head of performance.

In addition, Andrew Double has been appointed as managing director of the Australian and New Zealand business.

Aussie Farmers Direct rebrands

Aussie Farmers Direct has unveiled its rebrand with a new look for the online grocery company.

As part of the rebrand, new imagery and branding will be pushed out across all company assets in 2016 including a new website, logo, delivery boxes, merchandise and vans.

Melbourne agency R-Co worked with the brand to develop the new colour palette, imagery and brand assets.

Tumblr partners with Laneway Festival

Tumblr has unveiled a partnership with St Jerome’s Laneway Festival in 2016 that will see the micro-blogging platform integrate its GIF maker into the Laneway app.

Tumblr is encouraging festival attendees to capture the day using the GIF maker and then publish it to their Tumblr page using the hashtag #Laneway2016.

With more than half of Tumblr’s users being aged 18-34, the partnership will speak to a younger demographic and tap into the trend of shareable content.
