It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

CX Lavender appoints Adam Washington CEO
Independent communication and customer experience agency CX Lavender has appointed Adam Washington chief executive officer. His appointment follows an extensive search, and is made as the agency prepares to celebrate its 25th birthday in November.

Principals hires Seven's Dee Mason
Strategic design consultancy Principals has added senior UX consultant Dee Mason to its human-centred design studio, AlphaLab, and formally opened an office in Western Australia.
Mason joins from Seven West Media, where she led the redesign of the publisher’s media platforms, design systems and digital offering.

Susie Hogarth promoted to global head of cultural insights at We Are Social
We Are Social is bolstering its cultural insights offering with the promotion of Susie Hogarth to global head of cultural insights.
Hogarth, the former senior research & cultural insights director for We Are Social UK, takes over the global role from Lore Oxford who has left the company.

PHD Melbourne promotes Kathryn Weatherlake and Lizzy O’Connor
PHD Melbourne has announced Kathryn Weatherlake will take on the new role of general manager of retail, while Lizzy O’Connor has been elevated to the role of group business director. The new appointments, effective immediately, reflect the continued growth of the agency and recognise the important contribution both Weatherlake and O’Connor have made to PHD Melbourne’s ongoing success.

CHEP promotes Amy Weston to executive creative director
CHEP has promoted Amy Weston to executive creative director, joining CHEP’s national creative leadership team.
Weston joined the business over seven years ago, and during her time with the agency has led innovative creative work for clients including 7-Eleven, AGL, Mazda, TAC, Pernod Ricard and RACV.

Thinkerbell's Josh Gurgiel rejoins oOh!media
POLY, the creative and content innovation hub from oOh!media, has appointed Thinkerbell's senior media thinker, Josh Gurgiel, to the newly created head of strategy. Over Gurgiel's career, he had a four year stint at oOh! as head of strategic client solutions, southern markets, and also worked at media agencies Carat and OMD.

Wavemaker Adelaide expands
Wavemaker has promoted Brooke Major, Jordan Hooper and Celine Le in its Adelaide office. Brooke Major takes on the role of marketplace director, stepping up from marketplace associate director. Jordan Hooper has been a key member of Wavemaker Adelaide’s trading and marketplace team for five years.Celine Le completes the trio of promotions, stepping up to performance associate director from her previous role as performance manager.

Veridooh appoints content and communications manager
Veridooh has appointed Mariam Cheik-Hussein as content and communications manager to help drive the business’ global growth and develop community-focused initiatives.The newly-created role follows Veridooh’s $5 million capital raise which it is using to expand into new markets, beginning with the UK, and develop its suite of products.

Stink Studios appoints Etienne Chia MD China
Stink Studios appoints Etienne Chia to run the company's two China offices as managing director. Chia replaces Ramzi Chaabane who is leaving the company, and will oversee the creative agency’s operations in APAC, reporting to group managing director, James Britton.
