My Kitchen Rules has taken out the top spot in all key demographics overnight, drawing in 1.23 million metro viewers, as the race for a semi-final spot continues.

Queensland couple Alex Clark and Emily O’Kane became the second team to secure a place in the semi-finals, joining Italian brothers Josh and Nic Sama.

Despite the victory by the couple, tempers flared as contestant Emily berated her partner Alex for a lack of organisation, breaking down under the pressure of the challenge.

Nine's The Voice saw a slight increase in viewers overnight, once again hitting the one million mark, drawing in an audience of 1.06 million.

Last night's episode saw the blind auditions continue, with one contestant, Nathan Brake, proposing to his partner on stage during the show.

The Bachelor in Paradise on Ten was impacted once again by strong performances on Nine and Seven, drawing in an audience of 627,000.

Overnight, the show focused on the remaining four couples in 'paradise' as they ventured out into Fiji for their 'fantasy dates'.

The show will conclude tonight with a final 'commitment ceremony' where the contestant who proposes to their partner will be revealed.

MKR, The Voice and Bachelor in Paradise all go head-to-head once again this evening.
