My Kitchen Rules has taken out the top spot in all key demographics overnight, drawing in 1.33 million viewers, as one contestant was rushed to the hospital during last night's episode.

The show saw contestant Suong whisked away in an ambulance after complaining of cramps throughout the evening.

Nine's The Voice was impacted slightly by MKR, falling under one million viewers again, reaching an audience of 911,000 despite the network promoting the episode as one of the most 'controversial' auditions yet.

Ten's The Bachelor in Paradise kept on trend with its ratings, drawing in an audience of 666,000.

Last night saw the exit of seven contestants including Flo, Elora, Thomas, Rachel, American Jared, Simone and Apollo.

The show will return this Sunday as the finale four couples are 'put to the test' and forced to decided whether their relationships will continue on the 'outside'.

MKR and The Voice will face off one-on-one in the primetime slot tonight.
