Top bosses from creative agencies M&C Saatchi and Leo Burnett; outdoor media business Adshel and independent media agency Atomic 212, are battling it out for 'CEO of the year' honour at the CEO Magazine's annual Executive of the Year Awards.
In the running is Adshel CEO Rob Atkinson and Atomic 212 CEO Jason Dooris - who last year was also named runner-up for CEO of the year. Both compete alongside previous nominees M&C Saatchi Group CEO Australasia Jaimes Leggett and Leo Burnett CEO Pete Bosilkovski.
All are also competing for the 'media executive of the year' category award too, along with Twitter Australia MD Karen Stocks.
Finalists for marketing executive of the year include ING Direct Australia executive director of customer John Arnott, The Good Guys CMO Robert Ambler-Frazer and BPM marketing director Cara Cunningham. Former Pandora marketing Nicole McInnes is also a finalist, in her new role as marketing director for eHarmony Australia.
In the finals list for chairperson of the year is Atomic 212 Group chairman and chief commercial officer Barry O'Brien.
