Marketforce general manager Carrick Robinson is to leave the agency, following a 19-year stint at the Perth-based agency.

Robinson, who has been in the advertising industry for 28 years, will leave Marketforce at the end of December.

He plans to move into a business outside of advertising in February, and has already purchased an unnnamed distribution business outside the industry.

Marketforce chairman John Driscoll said: "Carrick is a talented, well respected senior figure in the industry and he has served Marketforce with great distinction."

Robinson said: "I have been privileged to work with some wonderfully talented people at Marketforce and some brilliant clients who have helped me and Marketforce achieve some truly remarkable things. I will leave Marketforce, with some great memories of an incredible journey and I wish everyone continued success."

Last week, it was announced that creative director Andrew Tinning has left the agency, replaced by creative duo Pat Lennox and Ben Green.
