Perth-based ad agency Marketforce has parted company with creative director Andrew Tinning and replaced him with Pat Lennox and Ben Green.

Lenox and Green are currently creative directors at DDB Melbourne, and will join Marketforce as joint creative directors in the new year.

They have both worked at Marketforce previously, and return to the agency after six years away. Tinning has already left the agency.

Marketforce CEO John Driscoll: "What we have in place going forward, and what we have been working towards in recent months, is a refreshed, reinvigorated, agile, passionate and driven agency.

"We are of course sad to see Andrew go, and thank him for both the creative leadership he’s shown and the success he’s helped us achieve in his time with Marketforce."

Marketforce has made a number of appointments recently, including the appointment of Rick Multari as the director of client services, and John Slade as national managing director of Marketforce's direct marketing division exPress.

In September, Marketforce lost key client Lotterywest to Meerkats.
