Kathryn Furnari, who departed as Innocean’s head of media due to a restructure, has landed at Thinkerbell, AdNews can reveal.
Furnari has been appointed the national head media thinker.
“I'm thrilled to share that I have landed at Thinkerbell as national head media thinker,” Furnari said.
“Thank you to everyone who reached out and supported me in the last couple of months. It has been so amazing to experience how wonderful our media community is firsthand.
“I'm excited for what's to come.”
Thinkerbell CEO Margie Reid said she was excited to be welcoming Furnari to the team.
"She's the embodiment of 'measured magic', has a proven track record of success, and is a wonderful person," Reid told AdNews.
"Our media is strong and growing, and can't wait for Kathryn to help further unlock our potential in this space."
Furnari joined Innocean in November 2023 before being appointed head of media in January 2024, leading the media unit’s foundation client wins including Hyundai Australia, Geotab and Sandhurst Fine Foods.
She then left Innocean just one year after spearheading the media buying and planning division.
