We’re an independent digital marketing agency offering value-driven paid and organic search, and programmatic.

What do you do day-to-day?

I work with our team to plan and deliver search and programmatic strategies. I also share in hiring, new business, training and all of the other components of a small and fast growing business.

Define your job in one word:

I got into advertising/ad tech/marketing etc because:

I started out in a ‘writing’ job that turned out to be SEO, but loved the analytics side of it.

Who is/has been a great mentor to you and why?

John Winning (CEO of Winning Group and Founder of Appliances Online). The Appliances Online business has set an incredible standard in ecommerce and he has a unique, passionate way of working. We took a lot of inspiration from the business when we started our own.
