In one sentence, what does your role involve?
Hustling agency people to make great work and persuading our clients great work will drive business results.
Within the last six months/year, what stands out as the company’s major milestones?
Coming back from maternity leave from my second son was pretty major and Clemenger is an agency on the move. Lots of change and all the better so watch this space.
Best thing about the industry you work in:
The fact you never know what the day will throw at you and working with the best, smartest and craziest bunch of people.

WCRS/Engine London, Saatchi & Saatchi London, TBWA and FNL.
Career-wise, where do you see yourself in three years time?
Leading one of Sydney’s best agencies and helping women in the industry do the same without sacrificing family.
What is the elephant in the room? The thing that no one is talking about – but they should be.
I’m not one to shy away from a hard question or chat so if I’m in the room there is nothing left unsaid.
Tell us one thing people at work don’t know about you?
They’d probably be surprised that I don’t swear in front of my boys.

I was torn between advertising and being a film producer and thought it was the perfect blend of creativity and business.
