Frontier Media AI has named Olivier Vojetta head of strategy and growth.
Vojetta, a former strategist at Macquarie Bank, joins the independent agency from experience agency Yakkazoo.
At Frontier, Vojetta will lead AI strategy and business development, bringing what the agency describes as an investment banking mindset to its AI-driven marketing model.
“Marketing is starting to look a lot like financial trading,” Vojetta said.
“In both, it’s not the tools that win, it’s the strategy behind them. Everyone’s chasing AI outputs, but the real value lies in smarter inputs.”
Vojetta’s appointment is part of Frontier’s push to deepen its engagement with the C-suite, positioning itself as a strategic partner focused on business outcomes.
“Olivier gets what the C-suite really cares about, results,” said CEO at Frontier Media, Matt Hunt.
“He’s not here to hype AI. He’s here to use it better, smarter and more strategically.
“He embodies our vision of fusing advanced tech, proprietary data and 25 years of marketing expertise.”
Vojetta also leads Argonauts, VMG’s flagship thought leadership series focused on AI and creativity for senior leaders.
Frontier’s operating model draws on Vojetta’s background in financial markets, with outcome-based pricing linked to performance.
The model leverages data, trigger-based insights and execution principles adapted from trading environments.
Frontier Media AI launched earlier this month with its proprietary AI operating system, Frontier OS, which automates more than 100 marketing tasks across strategy, media and creative.
