Media agency Frontier Media, part of the VMG network, has appointed a new CEO and gone all out with AI.

Matt Hunt, a former Amobee Australia MD and founder of Geronimo, is the new chief executive of the newly named Frontier Media AI.

And the agency has launched a performance business model built on outcome-based pricing.

The end-to-end AI media operating system, Frontier OS, powers more than 25 marketing AI agents, automating 100 plus tasks across strategy, media and creative.

The agency says this slashes lead times, boosts performance and frees human minds to do what they do best, create.

“CMOs are under pressure to deliver an AI plan,” said Hunt.

“AI offers the edge they need but while most companies are experimenting, very few are transforming. Frontier OS is their unfair advantage.”

He said Frontier isn’t just automating marketing, itt’s rewiring the economics of the agency world.

VMG CEO Michael Fishwick said the current agency model is perverse.

“It rewards inefficiency, punishes creativity, and fuels burnout,” he said.

“Frontier Media AI is our counterpunch, built for brands that want real results, not time sheets.”

Venetian Media Group also includes out-of-home agency Revolution360, sports management and advisory firm Aspire Sports Management, experience agency Yakkazoo and billboard company Captive Vision Outdoor.
