Libby Minogue joined the REA Group in December 2015 as the executive general manager for media and marketing and hasn't looked back. After a sizeable chunk of time at TV and multi-screen media network MCN, 12 years to be precise, she says it was time for her to fight that fear of change and take on a new challenge. Changing the way the world experiences property is her major focus for 2017.

The property market is by no means an easy playing field but Minogue said REA welcomes competition. “It keeps us fresh and on our toes - so we’re constantly keeping our eyes on the market both domestically and abroad. Our most recent results show that we are outperforming our nearest domestic competitor 2.3x,” Minogue said.
