Facebook and Videology to lead IAB's 'digital ninja' course

The Interactive Advertising Bureau is ramping up its training efforts with a four-hour course in Sydney later this month which hopes to make 'digital ninjas' out of marketers.

Aimed at beginners, the course is designed to get people to understand how the 'always on' nature of digital has created different opportunities for marketers, with punters to gain an insight into how to formulate an effective digital strategy.

The course will run the full gamut of digital including mobile, content, social, search, display, measurement, and integration.

The course is being led by Videology Australia's managing director, Sarah Wyse, and Facebook Australia head of agency Ellie Rogers.

Far from being theoretical though, the course promises to give attendees tools to apply what they have learned in the form of practical exercises and examples.

It will also teach marketers about the resources, tools, and applications in the marketplace to help continue the learning journey after the event.

The event will run on 15 June. You can read more about the event here.
