Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) is merging With Collective into Isobar Australia.

As part of the transition co-founders Justin Hind and Dominique Hind will exit the business, with Isobar Australia CEO Erik Hallander overseeing the merger.

The full-service agency, which joined the Isobar network three years ago, will lose its name, rebranding as Isobar Australia.

Justin Hind, who was also CEO of With Collective, says it’s the “logical” next step.

“Taking the Isobar name has always been part of our plan and untaps even greater opportunity for our clients and partners,” Justin says.

“Dominique and I started the business over nine years ago.

“Our personal chapter with the business now closes and a new exciting one opens for the combined business. We have absolute faith in Erik to lead the business onwards and upwards with ambition and integrity, and I’d like to thank the With Collective team past and present for getting us to such a pivotal point so far.”

General manager of Isobar Sydney and Canberra, Thomas Tearle, will take on local management of the newly-extended team.

DAN says there are no proposed changes to With Collective in New Zealand, which is led by general manager John Marshall.

With Collective, founded in 2010, was acquired by DAN in 2016 and linked to Isobar in 2017.
