Customer experience agency CX Lavender has appointed Paul Munce to the role of business partner.

Munce will have a seat on the firm's leadership team and is charged with leading major clients and new business.

“Paul is wise, experienced and possesses good energy. His expertise in data-led CX and driving results for Clients make him the perfect fit for Lavender’s customer-centric approach," CX Lavender Founder Will Lavender says.

“Paul will join a talented Leadership Team that’s working with Clients in progressive new ways and creating world-class work, simply and efficiently. We’re 100% behind our end-to-end CX service model — data stewardship, CX creation and CX technologies — which has proven itself to CX-focused Clients who want to get their customer experience humming.”

Munce returns to Australia after working in London for the past 15 years, most recently as managing partner of independent digital agency MBA where he was responsible for brands including O2, Amazon, Google, Mercedes-Benz and Avios.

Prior to MBA, Munce worked at Publicis Chemistry London and Euro RSCG Sydney.

“My passion has always been customer-centric marketing and ideas that impact the bottom line, so I know I will feel at home at CX Lavender," Munce says.

"In my view, CX Lavender is one of the most innovative agencies anywhere in the world and I can’t wait to work with Will and the team to deliver work that drives strong business performance for our clients.”
