Disability is not a problem.
Youth Disability Advocacy Network (YDAN) is emphasising disability as not a problem in a campaign via Perth agency Anthologie.
Anthologie partnered from the outset as creative and strategic partners, participating in the co-design process and developing the campaign platform, messaging framework and rollout across film, digital and campaign assets.
“As a project led by young people with disability, we had a very clear vision for what this campaign needed to be,” said YDAN project coordinator, Sophia.
“Anthologie was great at jumping on board with that; they were incredibly proactive and followed our lead, moving quickly to ensure every accessibility and inclusion aspect we raised was embedded from the start.
“It's been awesome to work with a team that respects our expertise and helps us make sure the final result is as inclusive as the people who created it.”
The campaign is rolling out across digital video, audio and targeted online placements.
“From the start, the tone was non-negotiable,” said Anthologie executive creative director, Josh Edge.
“This wasn’t a campaign about reframing disability to make it more comfortable. It was about saying something clear and letting it land. Our role was to help shape a platform strong enough to carry that voice without softening it.”
