UBank launches biggest change in direction in company's history.

UBank launches its biggest ever rebrand since its start in 2008, aligning the company with the principle ‘Just the Bank You Need’.

UBank enlists a blended agency team for the relaunch of its brand, bringing on The Monkeys, Maud, Pulse, Bohemia and Bombora Productions.

To coincide with the movement, The Monkeys and Bombora Productions have created a TV documentary, ‘All I Need’ in association with UBank, to air on 5 February on SevenTwo.

The show follows two Australian households as they reassess their lifestyles, analysing how far they have stretched themselves financially by mistaking what they want with what they really need. It is part of UBank’s All I Need Project.

UBank CMO Jo Kelly says the documentary reinforces UBank’s brand positioning and asks the question, could you in fact borrow less and live a happier life?

Maud will reinforce UBank’s new position through identity and design elements of the brand, collobrating with The Monkeys and PR agency Pulse for a research led PR campaign. Media partner, Bohemia, managed a digital ad campaign.
