Shining a light on the small improvements that positively impact workplaces.

SafetyCulture, an operations platform empowering improvements in the workplace, has launched a new brand TVC, Sounds like good work.

Leaning into amplified sound design and close-ups, the spot shines a light on the small improvements that positively impact workplaces. In doing so, it heroes the simple, quiet acts of every person, at every level, playing their part in better solutions.

The campaign is informed by new data released today by SafetyCulture and YouGov that highlights the potential lack of recognition many frontline workers face.

The research revealed over 70% of Australian frontline workers believe they're doing a good job if no one is bothering them.

Hayley Kerrigan, head of brand and communications of SafetyCulture said: “When everything goes to plan, it's the people and teams behind the scenes who can easily become invisible. Our ‘Sounds like good work’ campaign is a chance to turn up the volume on the quiet daily improvements happening across industries like retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and construction. Something we very much like the sound of!”

Quiet work comes to life on the SafetyCulture platform. Its technology powers over 600 million checks per year, approximately 70,000 lessons per day and millions of corrective actions. In doing so, it gives leaders visibility and workers a voice in driving safety, quality and efficiency improvements.

The 30-second spot will debut during Channel 9’s The Block: Tree Change and also run on social and digital media.
