Paramount Pictures is celebrating the launch of The Naked Gun with Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson in a campaign via Hello.
Hello installed what initially appeared to be a standard portable toilet in Sydney’s Entertainment Quarter.
Once participant entered and secured the latch, a large container was rolled over the exit door, housing a live police interrogation scene inspired by the film.
“We wanted to bring the humour of The Naked Gun off the screen and into everyday life,” said Hello managing director Sam Kelly.
“Dropping Aussies into an interrogation straight from a dodgy portaloo was the kind of unexpected, ridiculous moment that gets people laughing and sharing.”
The entire experience was captured on hidden cameras and published with talent approval in viral social formats.
The stunt was amplified by influencers Josh Mansour and Jad Nehmetalla.
