Sydney's favourite antidote for "too much choice" in the flower department, Little Flowers, is raising money and awareness for Pink Ribbon Day.

The online florist was started by four ad executives: Sarah Regen formally of Leo Burnett London and Celemenger BBDO, Hans Christian Berents from Droga5 and creative directors from idea Gallery Ben Sampson and John Kane. The hook of Little Flowers is it offers just one unique bunch of flowers each day for $25, using the philosophy that the gesture of giving flowers trumps the size or type.

For Pink Ribbon Day, Little Flowers has developed a limited edition Pink "living" Ribbon buttonhole which will be on sale on Friday from 7am at Wynyard Park, with the proceeds going to the Cancer Council.

They will also be selling a bunch of pink flowers on the day which can be delivered throughout Sydney with a portion of sales going to the charity.

"Little Flowers is all about enlivening the gesture of giving flowers and spreading happiness one little bunch at a time. On Friday we are dedicating this Pink Ribbon Day to raise awarness and money for the Cancer Council of NSw and encourge people to engage with the cause in a unique and creative way," Berents said.

Little Flowers is looking to expand to other regions of Sydney, other cities in Australia and is also looking at expansion opportunities in London and New York.
